At Mainstay Design, we value client satisfaction and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding refunds and cancellations for our design services, care plans, and hosting packages.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new web design packages and care plan subscriptions. If a client chooses to cancel their plan within the first 30 days of signing up, they will receive a full refund of their initial payment—no questions asked and no penalties applied.

2. Cancellations After 30 Days
Clients may cancel their subscriptions (whether web design packages or care plans) at any time after the initial 30 days. However, payments made after the 30-day window are non-refundable.

3. Website Ownership Terms for Web Design Packages
Our web design packages are structured on a 24-month payment plan. Ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client only after the final payment has been made.
If a client cancels their subscription before completing all 24 monthly payments, the website will be taken offline and access revoked. However, the client has the option to pay the remaining balance in full at the time of cancellation in order to take full ownership of the site.
4. Ongoing Care Plans
After completing their web design package payments, clients may choose to enroll in one of our ongoing care plans. These plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time without penalty. However, as stated above, refunds are not provided for payments made after the first 30 days.
5. Processing and Fees
We do not charge any processing fees for refunds or cancellations within the applicable window. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
