Rather than requiring a large upfront payment, we use this straightforward monthly model to help lower financial barriers. Prefer to pay upfront? No problem—just contact us to arrange a custom payment plan.
What happens after the 24-month payment period?
Once your final payment is complete, you’ll fully own your website. From there, you can choose to manage it yourself or continue working with us through one of our optional ongoing care plans. There’s no obligation to stick with us, though we’d love to continue supporting your site!
Do I own my website?
Absolutely. Once your final payment is made after 24 months, the website is officially yours. Until then, Mainstay retains ownership, but you’ll always have clear communication and support.
What if I change my mind after the 24 months are up?
You’re never locked in. If you decide to end your contract early, you can either pay the remaining balance and take full ownership or stop payments and have the site shut down. Keep in mind, Mainstay retains ownership until the final payment is made.

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you decide we’re not the right fit, we’ll refund your initial payment. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime without further refunds for previous payments.
